One-on-one nutrition sessions focus on your health, diet, and exercise routines. Coaching is tailored specifically to your needs - we will discuss your goals and any changes you would like to explore. We will work together to create a sustainable healthy routine.
Hourly Sessions
$100 per hour for the first session; $65 per hour for any additional sessions
Virtual coaching and support to navigate your current food habits, nutritional needs, setting goals, and developing steps to achieve your goal(s)
Assistance with ingredient swaps, meal planning, recipe recommendations, layout of snacks and meals, and more
Follow up email with supplemental information and a summary of your goal(s) and steps to achieve your goal(s)
Monthly On-Demand Membership
$400 per month
Three hours of virtual coaching and support to navigate your current food habits, nutritional needs, setting goals, and developing steps to achieve your goal(s)
Assistance with ingredient swaps, meal planning, recipe recommendations, layout of snacks and meals, and more
Unlimited text support (between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm) to guide food choices, help maneuver difficult moments, and talk through nutritional needs
